do you take your kids to school/nursery/baby groups with a bad cold, bad cough or temperature?

Cough or cold. Yes. Temperature, no as usually properly poorly or indicative of a virus that you don't want to spread around. coughs and colds are a normal part of life though.

Not baby group though, I wouldn't take them to baby group, not fair to inflict a cold on little newborns etc. But school/nursery/childminder fine. Imagine the time we'd all have to take off work if you couldn't send your child anywhere when they had a cold!

But nursery/childminder might have little babies too. Most take them from 6 weeks. Or if they go to a childminder, they might in turn then go to baby group with that childminder.

I am inclined to say carry on with normal life as long as no temperature and obviously not flu, whooping cough, pneumonia, chicken pox, measles, mumps, impetigo, scarlet fever, D&V.
