Possible urine infection in 3 year old

My little one has just complained that her "front bum is sore" managed to get out of her it's not sore to the touch eg externally she says it just hurts when she wees,
I know what to look out for for urinary tract and she has no other symptoms, should I be worried? Or just see how it goes? She's only complained once and is urinating at a normal regularity
Any ideas?

I'd get her checked, could be the early stages of a UTI (in which case symptoms will pop up within the next few days), could be nothing, but if it is a UTI she'll need treatment. Some GP surgeries will let you put in a water sample for testing via reception without actually seeing the GP.

FWIW I have a UTI at the minute that was picked up at an antenatal appointment, I have no symptoms but apparently it's a severe infection.

Untreated UTIs can cause kidney damage so get her checked out I think
