Yucky poo ? Teething related possibly tmi

My nine month old dd has had a stomach bug, she has started eating again and seemed ok yesterday. Apart from seeming to be in pain with teeth though she hasn't got any yet so she had calpol. This morning she has had awful diarrhoea enough to fill four nappies, obviously some of this is due to a stomach bug but could it also be teething related? She actually seems much more cheerful so far today.

Any advice appreciated.

how long has she had the bug?

Mine get creamy soft poo when teething, but only at the normal 'rate' IYSWIM.

She has had the bug for a week. We know its a stomach bug as we have all had it. Though me and dh were better after 48hrs.

I thought she was getting better yesterday as only had one poo, but then all this this morning. Don't see the point in taking her to the doctors as she is ok in herself, not dehydrated, don't see there would be much they could do.

Both my DC's had very specific, yucky poo when they were teething, just a few days at a time when each new tooth broke through and they were dribbling a lot. It smelt different and was a bit runny.
