Oh no! Just found threadworms in both dds! Help

Just been looking up dogs worm treatment and found a thread on here re human t worms cannot believe how common so just checked dds 7 and 4 both have worms! What can I do? Gonna run out to pharmacy now. Have put knickers on both. Is ther any point taking them out if bed to boil wash everything or wait til morn? Also, I will keep them off school but for how long? Help!

there is no exclusion required from school for threadworms. Treat them (and everyone else in the house) as soon as you are able to.
