If they could just fuck the fuck off now I would be very grateful.

DD (3.10) had cp in the spring. DS (13m) didn't get it then (quite surprisingly I thought as he seemed to catch everything at that point)

Three days after DD starts back at preschool DS gets cp quite badly. This is annoying, but at least he is getting it out the way, DD could still go to preschool etc.

Finally by Monday DS is clear to go to playgroup, we could meet up with friends, hurray we are out if quarantine!

Except DD now has 2 spots on her neck. I take her to the nurse just to check. Yes it is fucking chicken pox, only 6m after she last got it. She has been physically sick, she aches, she has headaches, lack of appetite and today she is so covered that her beautiful little face is obscured by spots that she is almost unrecognisable :( I could cry.

Luckily she is quite manic perky this morning so hopefully things will pick up now?

Nightmare, hope she's feeling better soon.

Our area seemed to miss the usual spring outbreak but it seems to be picking up pace now.

She is playing a complicated sounding game pretending the kitchen floor is the sea, so I am guessing she is feeling better.

She is so spotty though, her poor face, I have never seen anything like it!
