Hi, I have (typically) picked up a sore throat and cough and am now worried that my DD (13 years old) will pick it up ahead of her adenoidectomy in 2 weeks' time.... I'm pretty sure they won't operate if they get a cold within the last week before the operation, will they? Fingers crossed it will just be me..... then her operation can still go ahead. Anyone any experience of this? Thanks.
