Spots on tummy plus a couple on back - no heads - chicken pox?

DD has been suffering from hives on and off related to glandular fever in her system which she just can't shift. This morning, we thought that the spots on her tummy were early hives, but now I'm not so sure. She has a couple on the back of her neck and one on her hairline. She does scratch from hives but instead of being more inflamed, she seems to have scratched off some of one of the spots on her tum so it's raw, like pox would be. Anyone have similar experience? Need to get docs appt in the morning but no point calling NHS direct before that, they are pretty useless (asked me if i was pregnant when i called them re complications from erpc- stupid and insensitive!!).

Was she feeling unwell before they appeared. You probably know today if more spots have come.

Definitely pox! A very mild case though so no temperature, no sniffles beforehand etc - and only one 'proper' poxy spot on her finger of all places. Weird! Thanks for replying!

My sister only had 3 spots and has immunity to chickenpox. I'm glad she is so uneffected.
