I have often read quite alarming things about the amount of mercury in your average can of tuna.
Does anyone else avoid tuna for their kids?

not avoid, but eat less of it & other mercury contaminated fish/seafood

FWIK our/DCs bodies can deal with smaller amounts, so a couple of times a week won't harm
