Chicken pox, crying and slight wheezing!

My Ds2 -7 months- has chicken pox. He came out in them wed. 2 weeks after Ds1.
I spoke to the doc on thurs. He suggested the usual and told me to watch out for a chest infection.
Ds has got worse and worse. He is constantly crying, not sleeping and is a little wheezy. He screams and screams if I put him down so is permanently attached. Should I see a doc? It is a nightmare 2 see one at the surgery even for a baby unless I sit with him in the surgery. (in the past this has been up to 2 hours) should I call out of hours doc? Or am I panicking!

Call out of hours for sure, or even take him to A + E if you think it would be quicker.

I wouldn't take him into a&e or to doc's waiting room without phoning first in case there are pregnant women or immunocompromised people there. I would definitely call someone though and try to arrange a home visit or make some kind of special arrangement for him to wait separately. So sorry that he isn't well. Hope he feels better soon. Keep us posted.
