DS 18 months been sleeping all day today

Our DS was poorly in the night. He woke 4 times but settled back down easily each time. He had a temperature so gave calpol, once at 11am and then again at 4am. He is still asleep and it's 1pm. My natural reaction is that the sleep will do him good, and he is sleeping contentedly. As time goes on though, I am getting a bit worried and wondering whether I should wake him up. Any thoughts?

I personally would try and wake my kids to check if they are responsive - if they need the sleep they'll go back quick enough

Does he still have a temp? Breathing normal?

Thank you - turns out he has just woken up ! He has a temperature still but managed a couple of smiles.
