ROSEMARY SUTCLIFFE

Not sure if this is the right place, but anyway...

I had a bit of a bonanza at our local library book sale and picked up a load of chuldren's hardbacks plus all the Gemma books (was trying to get hold of copies but they're all out of print). Bargainous at 5p each so when I saw some nice 1970s Rosemary Sutcliffe hardbacks I snapped them up. Thing is, I prob won't get round to reading them, so are there any RS fans who would give them a good home? I'm not looking for any cash for them, but may ask for postage if necessary...

(this should go in FFP shouldn't it? But I've blocked it and assume lots of others have as well)

Titles: don't have them to hand but not the Eagle of the Ninth series as far as I can see. Anyone interested or should I grit teeth and bung them on Ebay?

OK so it's Sutcliff

Includes the Shining Company, the Lantern Bearers (and that is in the Eagle trilogy) and I think the Mark of teh Horse Lord. Will check when I get back home.

Love them but have those already. Reading Eagle of the Ninth to DS1 (9) atm; he loves it, wants chapter after chapter until I am hoarse and have to put my foot down.

Effie - that is fantastic. Marina NEEDS those books. No Latin Club leader's life is complete without a full set of Sutcliff. Warrior Scarlet is fab and so is the Shining Company.
