Books for 12 year old dd

My dd has never been a prolific reader (which I can't get my head round as I have always been) but would love to get lost in a book now and again I think. Any recommendations? She loves the twilight films (bleurgh), do you think she would enjoy the books? She liked 'wonder' and the 'wimpy kid' 'dork diary' series.

My almost 12yo DD is keen on David Walliams and Jacqueline Wilson books. She's not a massive reader but does get engrossed in those.

She might find some ideas on here thekrib.tv. There is a great girl vlogger who reviews some books as well as a selection of books with reviews, so she might get some inspiration from the videos.
