Hi!
My niece is in foster care after a very difficult childhood. She has recently had depression, walked out of jobs. However she has aspirations and says she wants a profession. I try to advise and encourage her as best I can given that she's had v few positive role models. I was wondering about giving her a book for her 18th with maybe real life stories of women who have made it against the odds? She's into working with children, horses, athletics. Any ideas? Thanks!!
