3 year old book gift box

We have got into the habit of creating a themed book box each year as gifts for my SIL's children. One turns 3 next week and we have settled on Witches. Previously we have had Dear Zoo, the Very Hungry Caterpillar, Beatrix Potter to name a few. Ideas so far include:

Winnie the Witch Board Book +1/2 others that DS3 the biggest Winnie fan can pick (book people are out of stock of their fab 14 book in Winnie's satchel collection)

Cuddly Room on the Broom witch

Room on the Broom Puzzle

Does anyone have any other suggestions? She has Room on the Broom. I thought about including a witches costume but I am pretty sure she has one from Halloween.

Meg and Mog book is good.
Maybe a "cauldron" so she can mix potions. Black cat toy. A soft toy rat (ikea do friendly ones! ) Stripey tights? !

Definitely a cauldron, it's a very popular toy here. Has she got a broom? Metres of fabric are good. We have a metre of black fabric with gold stars which has been used for costumes and backdrops. Just got it from the local fabric shop.

Is she allowed sweets? Maybe some wriggly worm jelly sweets. You cam get some healthier ones in the baby food aisle if not.

Great suggestions everyone. I need to get it all before Sunday so don't have time to order. Where might I find a cauldron do you think? If I got a big enough cauldron it can double as the gift basket.

There are lots on Amazon if you search 'plastic cauldron'. Some are garden planters and look better for playing than the toy ones.

Try Argos? Or possibly bookshops sometimes have stuff like that. X

Hobbycraft had kits to make the room on the broom characters out of pom-poms and pipe cleaners for about £2 last week

Sunday...do you mean tomorrow?! Are you near any decent sized shops? Our cauldron came from Sainsbury's but it's the wrong time of year. Maybe a garden centre for the cauldron?

Sorry no, next Sunday. It completely escaped me that it is Saturday today. An order might arrive but it might not.

Tesco click and collect? Website says they have cauldrons in stock. I don't know how robust they are but it would do a job for next week anyway.

Is it too late to add a couple of ideas? Green face paint. Cat ears on a hairband. Also, those black plastic clip-on nails are popular in this house but they may be more of a challenge to get at this time of year. If you go for the fabric idea, you could wrap all the other things in the cauldron with it and tie with an appropriately witchy ribbon.
You have totally inspired me for my nephew's 4th birthday, by the way. Thanks!

Never too late. Great ideas and delighted to have been of service.

I will have to start coming up with some more themes though. I think there is scope in Fairy Tales and lots of fun to be had for soon to be 8 year old niece.

Future ideas then:

Pirates
Pets (Dick King-Smith's Sophie books would be lovely)
Adventures
Aliens
Dinosaurs
School
Mermaids
Greek myths (there's a sticker dolly dressing version)

I will have so much fun with Greek Myths.
