Walker Books are giving Mumsnetters the chance to win an original illustration of Little Mouse from The Mouse Who Ate the Moon by award-winning author Petr Horá?ek, a unique and beautiful addition to any child's bedroom. Ten runners up will win a copy of the book The Mouse Who Ate the Moon. Click here for more information about the book.

To enter the competition, we want you to download the Mouse activity sheets here and get your children to complete one of the activities.

Follow and colour in the Little Mouse Maze, count and colour in the the stars, colour in the fruit bowl or have a go at drawing Little Mouse. There's plenty of scope for the imagination so let the artwork commence!

To be in with a chance of winning Horá?ek's unique illustration, just take a photo of the completed activity sheet and upload the picture here on our thread.

This competition closes on 10 October so enter now.

Right. We have his Mouse and Apple book, so we're in. The drawings in that book are incredible, really beautiful. I'll set dd to work on this asap.

Kveta · 21/09/2014 06:50

Kveta · 22/09/2014 17:33

DS (nearly 5) did the maze and counted the stars (he counted 9, then 10, then 9 :o). He wants to draw the mouse too!

DD (27 months) did the maze and colouring in, with similar results for both - she doesn't quite 'get' colouring in yet!
