The wonder of iBooks

Hello,
This is my very first post on this type of site (v exciting)!!
I am a busy working mum as I see lots of you are but this weekend I stumbled across a real find! I didn't really know about iBooks, I have a kindle for my own holiday reads, but we were away for the weekend and desperately needed a bedtime story. My friend had her iPad and showed me a free iBook she had downloaded and it was perfect!
The best thing was that it was so English and so traditional (not americanised as I was expecting!). It took me back to my childhood.
The books I found are based on the lives of two adorable cats and there is a series available. One is free and the others are so cheap, I've got them all!

Regardless to say we loved the stories and as they have familiar phrases my little one was spouting out the phrases until we read again.

Check them out, I hope you like them as much as we do!

You can get the stories at iBook search for
Freddie and Jimmy. Or smash words website they even have a website //www.freddieandjimmy.com
You can read the stories on your iPad, iPhone or iPod
Thanks for reading my first post, love too proud xx

Hello
Don't worry, just an excited blogger- we are now into all sorts of iBooks, including the very many famous titles. But I do love finding new stories and these one really did stand out, plus also loved stick dog but too wordy for little ones! Also available on iBooks and smash words.
