600g flour, 7g yeast, sprinkle of salt and a touch of oil in a bowl. mix together, add water until dough. kneed and the leave in a bowl for about an hour and half or until well risen. Pop in a greased loaf tin and cook for about 25 minutes on 190 or until brown. To check it is cooked tip it out of the tin and knock on the bottom. if it sounds hollow it is cooked.
