My lovely nanny is long term sick and I need some cover - Sept to Christmas. Live out, North London , too many children (4) of all ages (3-10), building works, MN... basically I need super nan - if anyone knows of anyone looking pass it on!

Ewe Thu 02-Jul-09 22:59:31

Do you do AIBU threads about your nannies? grin

misdee Thu 02-Jul-09 23:02:33

dd3 might eat them. or scare them.

Yurtgirl Thu 02-Jul-09 23:03:45

'too many children'

JustineMumsnet (MNHQ) Thu 02-Jul-09 23:04:19

I rather suspect my nannies might do AIBU threads about me...

Tinker Thu 02-Jul-09 23:05:07

Can you imagine the pressure of being Justine's nanny? shockgrin

JustineMumsnet (MNHQ) Thu 02-Jul-09 23:08:48

What you sayin girl?

Tinker Thu 02-Jul-09 23:10:28

Hearing the tap tap tapping of the keyboard as you're dishing up yet another lovingly prepared Pot Noodle.

fruitshootsandheaves Thu 02-Jul-09 23:10:38

how about you have my 4 as well and I'll do your Mumsnet job? there its sorted.

JustineMumsnet (MNHQ) Thu 02-Jul-09 23:29:18

Ah yes I remember the nanny who rashly tried to tell me about the pitfalls of using dummies - I was talking (to myself) about dummies on MN before she was in secondary school I though grin.

JustineMumsnet (MNHQ) Thu 02-Jul-09 23:29:47

thought, that is.

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 03-Jul-09 09:06:32

i know my dear friend wwow does temp work, and is in your area but she may be booked up for then

will go and nudge her heresmile

do you need someone every day or can you survive say on 2/3days?

and hope you sit in your office and MN and DONT interfere grin

I'm booked from Sept - Dec, but I'm free on Thursdays and Fridays and any school holidays in that period... I am sure that is probably no help to you but hey, I thought I'd offer!

Blondes, I'm beginning to wonder if there is enough gin love in the world for all the commission I clearly owe you.. grin

TrillianAstrahasaJOB Fri 03-Jul-09 09:36:38

That's what I thought Tinker, imagine the pressure!

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 03-Jul-09 09:37:24

love gin makes the world go round grin

and makes a very happy blonde smile

KingCanuteIAm Fri 03-Jul-09 09:39:39

Justine, you do realise that it is considered bad form to put you name in a thread title?

<stern glare>

wink

JustineMumsnet (MNHQ) Fri 03-Jul-09 09:40:31

Is it really? Sorry blush!
(why?)

morningpaper Fri 03-Jul-09 09:41:51

Yes you are just drawing attention to yourself and making yourself Mumsnet Royalty

BTW her husband is well tasty in case no one has mentioned it as a perk of the job - something nice to look at in the morning

TrillianAstrahasaJOB Fri 03-Jul-09 09:41:58

Seen as attention-seeking by some posters...

JustineMumsnet (MNHQ) Fri 03-Jul-09 09:42:06

I like to have someone every day but could get away with 4 days I guess (so long as you all promise not to fight wink).

JustineMumsnet (MNHQ) Fri 03-Jul-09 09:42:46

Oh Yes. Very happy to offer husband as a perk...

KingCanuteIAm Fri 03-Jul-09 09:45:31

What MP said - although I suppose you do have some right to claim MN royalty.... grin

Hmm tasty husband... do you need the nanny to be qualified? I could do with a bit of eye candy for a while wink

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 03-Jul-09 09:45:48
