Ridiculous question as there could be 101 permutations. ie your cm has looked after your dc for 10 years and is now close family friend so yes, offended or you started last week and don't her from adam so not offended.

No. I can see why you would feel offended, especially on children's behalf as she will be like family to them. But alas, she is effectively employed by you. I didn't invite my boss to my wedding, and if doing it again, wouldn't invite any of my team either.

No. But then I wouldn't be offended at not being invited to anyone's wedding grin.

need more info

she possibly has 10+famillies and therefore have enough spaces to invite all and partners (extra 20people)

as a cm i wouldnt feel insulted but as a nanny i would if i wasnt invited to the wedding of the parents of whose children i looked after as more personal

Phew thanks everyone, I'm the cm'er and it's my wedding later on this year, I've been minding for the famillies I have now for approx 2yrs and my dp asked yesterday if I was going to invite them and I said no he thought I would really offend them so i just wanted to check what you all thought.
