Can someone please confirm what it should be when reheating or making new meals? Is it 75 or above?

The law in England is that it is cooked at 75 or 70 for 2 mins.

Cheers hun, my course got postponed due to snow and is now not for a couple of weeks. With the 75 OR 70 for 2 mins, say if reheating baby food but 2 mins would be too long, is it basically ok as long as temp is 75 or above?

Just did a course - you can also do 82 degrees for 3 seconds. Much better than waiting for 2 mins.

Not quite sure what the timing bit means, might sound thick but very tired right now wink

It's to ensure food as been properly heated and all bateria has been killed.

You stick your food probe in and make sure it reads 82 degress for three seconds - if so it is safe to eat.
