Have just had DC3 and starting to consider a nanny rather than nursery for DCs when I go back to work. Only do 2 days but out of house from 8 - 6.30.
Are nannies likely to take CC vouchers, our cm did but no experience of nannies!

Nannies need to be registered with ofsted to take childcare vouchers. Not sure what proportion are registered.

Ah, in Scotland so not ofsted.

All the nannies I know are paid with childcare vouchers. I'm in England though.

In Scotland you need to go via a nanny agency registered with the Care Commission. It's not unusual.

Not at all unusual.
In Scotland, recruit via an agency as NomDeClavier says. Some agencies may let you use them for voucher purposes but you find nanny yourself. Contact agencies and ask about fees and services they provide.
