Carrying mindees contact details with you

I've been reading through the posts and a few of you have mentioned carrying a book of contact details in your bag and car.
This sounds like a brilliant idea. Is there any issue with confidentiality? Is there anything you mustn't have written in there?
Sorry, I'm very new to this and have so many unanswered questions

I have a sealed envelope sticking out of my glove box with 'important Information'written in red on the sticking out bit. Inside it says the name and age and contact number and which seat each child will be sat in.My husband has a copy as has my daughter and two other childminders whos contact numbers are also in the letter in case the children need to be collected from somewhere.Hope that makes sense.

I've cribbed an idea from another minder (although haven't finished doing mine yet) - all the relevant information and photo of the child is on a small, laminated, postcard-sized card. The cards are kept in a zipped pocket of the changing bag so that, God forbid the minder is incapacitated, other people could make the necessary phone calls.

I have all contact telephone numbers listed on my mobile, all under the first name of the minded child.

My back-up emergency help (one of the parents who works from home nearby) has a sealed envelope with all contact details it, as has my dh. There was an issue about confidentiality with "another parent" having these details, even though all my parents now know each other, but this is now no longer seen as a problem.
