As it says really. I currently do 7.30 - 6.15 sometimes start at 7am, which I find quite hard going. But have been asked to do 6.45-7.00am start, daily, not sure if I really want to as busy throughout the whole day as well.

7.45-7 2 days a week and 8-7 the other 3 days soon to be 5/6pm hopefully but the kids fit in with mine and if they're still here at bath time they go in too, saves mum a job at 7 and means my kids don't have to wait for them to go, I did a couple of 6.30am starts last week as one off and definitely wouldn't want to do it regularly!

I do early starts, late finishes, weekends and overnights if requested (and available).

No school runs, or pre school runs.

You have to decide what works for you and if you will be tired all day if you start half an hour earlier, then don't do it. I didn't want to start before 8, because I want to be able to get my daughter up and ready and off to school before all the other children arrive. I like to finish at 6, so we can have a family dinner.

Thanks, I think it will be too early, especially as it is 3 siblings and the mornings are getting darker.

Am I the only one though that feels really guilty to say no...? Esp as I know she has no other options available.

dont feel guilty, its business, put yourself and kids first, if you say yes then you will resent the arrangement.

i work 8 till 6 every day, more than enough. wouldnt do before 8 as same as HSSM want to get dd ready for school without any interuptions from littlies, its our time together. wouldnt do after 6 as 10 hours is more than enough.
