Hi

Has anyone done this? If so how did you do it?

Also if you hire a nanny is a good idea to agree a rate for the whole period in advance?

Should you expect to pay less if they live in?

Any dos/don'ts?

Grateful for any tips or answers to these questions. Many thanks.

Sorry forgot, what's a reasonable daily rate for an experienced nanny? Does nanny expect a full days pay on half days, to be paid on day/s off etc?

You could do it through an agency, but will have to pay fees. If you find someone yourself you will need to do their tax and insurance. Where abouts are you
