Calling all Harlow mums and dads!

Do you have little ones in your life? Have you struggled with finding the right childcare? We want to hear from you!

On Thursday 14th December we’re holding a public meeting on childcare in Harlow at St Andrew's Methodist Church. Come along to share your views and experiences of childcare in the local area, and take part in a campaign to make childcare work better for families.

The early years of your children’s lives are so important to shape their big futures, but right now – although many nurseries are doing a fantastic job – finding the right childcare can be complicated and expensive meaning families aren’t always getting the support they need in these crucial early years.

That’s why Save the Children is launching a new campaign calling for changes to the childcare system to better help parents and children. We want high quality, affordable childcare for everyone who needs it.

But we can’t do it without your help!

We want to hear directly from parents in Harlow about the struggles you face with childcare in and what you think needs to change.

Refreshments will be provided. The venue is fully accessible and has baby change facilities. Children are welcome to attend the event with parents, and children’s activities will be available!

To reserve your place at the event book a free Eventbrite ticket here:

Please spread the word and share the event with other mums and dads in the area too! The more of us that get involved, the bigger the change we can make.

Please note we are not able to provide childcare during the event. If you’d like further information on the event don’t hesitate to get in touch at ukcampaign@savethechildren.org.uk.
