Hi everyone
I was wondering how much a live put nanny costs? It would be FTC of a 6 month old and drop off/pick up/activities for a 7 and 9 year old. Live out only.
Our current nanny charges us £10 but appreciate that the boys are way older and for a newborn I assume the cost goes up.
We're due in a month and trying to calculate the difference in costs between a nanny/childminder/nursery when I go back to work!
Thanks
11/12 pounds an hour is believe is the going rate for an experienced nanny. That's what I charge ATM
At least 10per hour net which is around 12 gross depending on how many hours. Many are paid more especially central London.
At 35k gross a year it would work out at about £520 nett for the nanny which would be about the going rate for 50h/week.
