I hope he won't mind me posting this, but I know Dee is going in for a CS tomorrow. I just wanted to give him/them a big cheer and a good luck kiss. He is a lovely bloke and has helped me (and, I'm sure, many others) out no end.

Good luck for tomorrow hub, I'll be thinking of you.

(My first DD was a CS too - although we didn't know in advance - and meeting her was such a thrill!)

Wotcha bubb.

Thank you everyone.

Yep, dw is crapping herself, I am 'talking her down' into a lovely calm place, LOL. Yes, this is our first.

We are both well, and hope tomorrow passes well for us and bean.

I'll try and post ASAP, but I may be busy.

I'll pass on your message to Dee, Twiglett, who will doubtless nod vigorously at the recognition of her turmoil and forthcoming operation and will perhaps collude with you regarding birthing gifts shortly.

Dee is 36+1 tomorrow, so aside from hoping all goes well for her, of course we hope bean comes out in decent nick, and requires a minimum of special attention.

Bean is coming home in misdee's booties and scratch mits and hat next week. Thanks for these gifts. We hope you also experience worry, then relief, and then joy tomorrow misdee. Everyone on MN is rooting for you and Peter.

Night all and thanks for the lovefest.

X

all the best to Hub and dee - Hub make sure you stand up and get to see your little one coming out... my dh did that with dd2 and he said it was fab seeing dd2 being 'born'. Make sure Dee gets some arnica to help with healing - worked fab for helping me heal quicker with second c-section.. wish I had known about it for no1.

All the best
