period-type cramps 31 weeks

ive had period cramps a few times today, each one lasted about a minute. is it normal at this stage or could i be going into labour soon? this is my first baby so i havent got a clue. ive had really sore hips and groin for a few days aswel. also, i am feeling kicks realllllly low down, like if u were to put ur hand over the top of where my nickers are where u would be able to feel them. dont know if it is hands or feet though. ive had some backache for a month or so just above my bum but it has got worse and its more of a dull pain. i know im probably jst being silly. anybody else experinced this? x

if you are worried at all call your midwife,she could monitor you and make sure its not contractions,
it will put your mind at ease and she will be more than happy,

Mention it to your midwife as you might have slight wee infection which would cause the symptoms you're describing.
