Ways of testing out hynosis techniques for child birth before the event

I used natal hynotheraphy CDs before my daughter was born. I found an interesting to to see if the techniques worked was to have my legs waxed. Prehaps if I was braver and had listened to the CDs more then I would have been brave enough to have done my bikeni line.

I have also used the relaxation techniques when having a blood test.

I think to make self hypnosis work you need a lot of practice.
