Ok a bit silly but breech babies.. Was your belly button an inny or an outy???

DD was breech and during my pregnancy I always had an inny belly button. she was diagnosed at 36 weeks.
My friend had an undiagnosed breech baby and her belly buton was also an inny.
She has just had a successful VBAC and this time her belly button was an outy. So thus my friend has developed the breech baby inny outy theory.

So far(at 35 weeks) my belly button is still an inny. Three separate people have told me that this baby is head down. I have a scan on thursday to check it out

But...
wondered if the inny outy theory rang true for anyone else?

A bit of fun really It's probably more to do with body shape and weight gain..

I think my baby is breech (was a couple of weeks ago) or possibly now transverse, def not head down anyway and I have an inny at 35 weeks!

I had an inny for DTDs and DD3 (well it went flat but didn't become a sticking outy).

DTD1 was vertex
DTD2 was transverse at labour onset - delivered breech
DD3 was vertex.

One breech, one not, and one yet to be determined (35 weeks). Inny every time.

Mine has been an inny for all 3 pregnancies, and all three were head down. But then I have a wierdly deep belly button so I'm probably not normal.

Rubyslippers the consultant today was talking about how babies like to lie in particular positions beacuse of the shape of the uterus.
