Is it in lower back?

I couldn't stand sit or lie down nothing worked

I wouldn't panic.

RTKangaMummy · 29/03/2005 22:44

I was already in hospital and so was taken to labour ward

Report
pupuce · 29/03/2005 22:45

Do you think they are contractions... I mean is it regular? Does it come at the same pace and can you talk when it is happening?

Report
starshaker · 29/03/2005 22:45

I will bow out now cos just realised that as pupuce is midwife she has way way more knowledge than me

And I amy be talking rubbish

Good luck

pupuce · 29/03/2005 22:47

If this is every 10 minutes and these are contractions it is still (sorry!) early days.
If you are concerned you can call the labour ward, if you go in too early (10 mins apart will be) and you will be disappointed

Ring them if it will put your mind at ease... it won't either accelerate or slow down a labour.
