He can't find any in the supermarket, and I was thinking that since some of you brave people have tried it you might know where to get it?

Incidentally, apparently it is good warmed and made into a pack for bad backs, if anyone has any left over and doesn't know what to do with it!

You should be able to buy it at the pharmacy.

You can also get it on Ebay.

I got it from Boots - for my constipated cat on the vet's advice!

Aww, poor cat! I have refused to go and ask in H&B for him, as I don't think they'll sell it to me at 39 weeks gone, but will tell him to try there or the chemists...

A pharmacy will not sell CO to a heavily pregnant woman.

He managed to get some in the local chemists, thanks for the help.

Now just have to resist the urge to steal it and induce a nasty, messy, dangerous labour!

Don't try it to induce a nasty labour!
the pains i got from it were worse than my labour pains. DH thought i was dying.

Serves me right for listening to my Grandma rather than Mumsnetting first. smile

I had to order it from lloyds chemist.

I wouldn't bother taking it for labour either, I took it daily from 39weeks, nothing ever happened, I must have a cast iron stomach though cos I didn't even get the shits.
