Bachs Rescue stuff - OK/useful to take/use in labour?

Bought some thing morning (spray and sweets) , dunno if I can, or even if they are useful at all in labour...

Think it's fine to use in labour but bet you don't!

My doula gave me drops of rescue remedy quite frequently when i was in labour. Don't know how much it helped but I managed with just a whiff of gas and air right at the end......
Definitely safe to take anyway.

I had the drops diluted in a sports cap water bottle from early labour right through, they helped me, they must have done as I managed with that, 2 paracetamol and a TENS machine.
