all confused simple advice please
Ditch all tabs and take tins of prunes. Eat prunes every day after childbirth and drink plenty of water.
eek cant stand prunes def cant do that one!!
take bothnot sure if rl really works but it's tbh more supposed to help tone uterus that trigger labour so still really useful- could well have helped, easy pushing but maybe would have been anywayepo seemed to trigger labour for me, but I was overdue
now and take a 1000mg a day for evening prim...same for raspberry leaf tea/tabs .re arnica - advice is conflicting - I took it as I was in labour/after.think epo is meant to soften tissues to help things.. dunno if rlt triggered labour but reckon it did help tone things up for pushing
Erm...I thought you had tp put the evening primrose oil somewhere other than in your mouth for it to work!
