Would 25% of repeat c sections result in pulminory embolisms be about right?

Well I had 2 sections and not had that, and thinking through friends can think of at least 4 who have had 2+ sections and never heard any of them having pulminory embolisms so figure may be high

25% sounds very high - this website www.vbac.com/pdfs/CesareanFactSheet.pdf suggests only 1-2 per 1000 for first time Caesarians.

low rates here, though c-section is a risk factor (amniotic fluid embolism is something else entirely)
