I don't think the sweep is what made the plug move... your cervix is moving girl !
How late are you ?

2 grown up children 2 still at home. 20, 18, 11 and 5. My daughter 20 wants to come in with me as dh is scared he will pass out. Am booked for an epidural so it wont be so bad but he is still worried, so daughter is there for back up.

should i have another bath or not.Had one this morning? Dont want to slow things up?

moondog Wed 12-Jan-05 22:42:05

Oh! Not what I expected at all! Was about to give you sensible advice about purchasing universal travel plugs from the quite quite mad Magellan's catalogue...

Best of luck anyway! XXXX

catsnkids Wed 12-Jan-05 22:42:46

lol moondog

If you are not contracting, a bath isn't going to slow anything down.

Nothing might happen tonight. Relax and have a bath

catsnkids Wed 12-Jan-05 22:46:04

having contractions, quite strong but not painful and not close enough to time yet.

I always end up having my waters broken before things really speed up.Last time 2 hours to dilate and 15 min to push db out.But was in hospital for 3 hours and only went from 3 to 4 cm before they decided to break waters.

strange thing is no backache this time, first time ever.
