the dreaded question- does the vagina '*grow*' after natural childbirth???

i know this question must be overdone but after having a emer. c-section, an in intended homebirth this time round i wonder what people have experienced down there after childbirth???

Well, when buying a mooncup they have two sizes. The smaller size for people who haven't given birth vaginally at the larger size for those who have or for those over a certain age. Forty I think. So that would imply that whatever stretching does occur will occur eventually anyway.

You are likely to be different but not always the case. Any tightness can nearly always be reclaimed with exercise (however you choose to practise it ) Tearing heals and millions of sex lives continue very fufillingly.

Oh and Starlight pelvic floor exercises are always worth it. IMO they can also make birth easier, tearing and prolapse less likely.

Now sit and give me 10.

I now sport a designer vagina courtesy of the NHS. I didn't ask, but when I went for my 6 month post natal check she told me it might be a good idea and referred me.

The post op' was horrendous, but I'm glad now. Very youthful and pert though I say so myself.

Mama it was a posteria vaginal repair. I think they basically cut then re-stitched the back wall a bit tighter. I was kind of gapig a bit before and when my mum told tales of drying and chafing in menopause, I decided I'd go for the procedure.

I'm very glad I did, but they won't do it unless you've definitely finished having kids.
