It can be taken while breastfeeding. Last time I used the 30c strength but this time I am thinking of ordering the 200c strength but I don't know enough about homeopathy to make an informed decision. I have plenty of the 30c so I don't want to get the 200c unless necessary. I just followed the instructions on the container last time.

I've bought some 6c (they didn't have 30c in shop - assistant said it's potency not strength when i said i'd wait for 30c to come in!) - but don't know enough about homeopathy to undersand what he meant and felt I ought to by the 6c anyway! He told me to check with mw about when to start taking (he mentioned you can start taking it before birth) so I'll also be interested in what anyone recommends!

I started taking it as soon as I knew I was in labour and the last time a day before they induced me. I had NO bruising/swelling at all it is fantastic stuff. I had big babies too!
