I bought some today- 3C- planning to take it after the birth I think to help with healing. Is that what I'm meant to do

yes - you need the higher dose one - thought it was 30 myself? (as I think the lower one is either 3 or 6 - sorry - can't remember) Basically once you've given birth start popping the pills - remember not to touch them, just pop them from the capsule straight into your mouth. Good luckx

There is 6c, 30c or 200c. You get the 200c mostly online or in Childbirth Homeopathic kits. See this link. I'm sure I saw it posted that there is a shop in London where you can buy over the counter at 200c levels. The 200c dose is recommended for childbirth, but I also have 30c to use after knocks and bruises.

Pixiefish, afaik there should be no side effects from homeopathic remedies. If you are still concerned maybe you should contact a local practitioner for a bit of advice.

It is well recommended for healing the tissues after birth and no-one has ever mentioned there being a problem with bf.

Wishing you a calm and joyous birth!

u need 200 strengh u can order from helios tel no 01892536393, they are also really good for giving advice over the phone, if u have stitches might also be worth taking hypercium but they will advice u. With all homeophathic remedies u should avoid eating and drinking near taking the tablets and far as possible from drinking coffee and having mints including minttoothpaste. Arinca is very good for healing and bruising it really helped me after both my c section and vbac. Good luck

ainsworths in london sell the 200c strength. the bigger branches of neals yard also stock them. defo get the 200c, is worth the money. i had no side effects and everyone (including my midwife) told me to have it. works for whatever type of birth scenario you end up with.
