Hi, has anyone used a counting contractions app you could recommend for iPhone, thanks.

Freya app was brilliant for me it counts in your breathing as well and is really good. It also tells you when your in established labour x

We had a few different apps, but tbh we didn't find them very useful when it actually came to it. My husband found it very difficult to tell when the contractions started and ended meaning it was all guess work. Tbh I don't think you'll need an app to tell you when you're in established labour - you'll just know, which I know seems unbelievable when you're not in labour but it's true.

Congratulations!! Guessing you didn't need the contraction timer in the end then! My first was quick, but not 2.5 hours quick (just over double that) .... Well done, assuming you don't have bad tearing from dilating so quickly!

Thank you. My first one was 2.5h and this little one 27minutes, so super fast..luckily only one stitch so all is good..still getting over the shock how quickly it all happened..
