Hi everyone I'm new to the page. My waters went at 4 o clock this morning (Sunday morning) but still no contractions it's now 6:30pm so nearly 15 hours later. Can you all tell me some of your stories of if your contractions started after your waters went or if it got to an induction point. I was induced with my first and they're planning on inducing me tomorrow if my contractions don't kick in before hand

My contractions started at 21:00 and my waters broke around 07:00. Contractions suddenly stopped and little one didn't arrive until 15:21..
Wishing you all the best for your induction!

I can't speak for me but my friend had her baby girl at 35 weeks. She woke up on a Saturday morning and her waters had completely gone.
Went to the hospital and they confirmed all of her waters had gone. She went back at 6am the next day as labour hadn't started by itself and she was induced. She then had a 27 hour labour class followed by an emergency c-section.
I also know someone that was induced after waters went and she had her baby within hours.
I think everyone is different tbf.
Good luck and I hope everything goes well for you 💐💐💐
