Slow labour?

I'm 36 + 4, ftm and only started having Braxton hicks 2 days ago, since this morning Ive had stomach cramps that are like period pains and food poisoning. I've been to the toilet 6 times and given I'm normally horrifically constipated this is unheard of for me!

I've been bouncing on my ball which feels good, I'm very hot as well and just generally feel 'off' does this sound like the start of labour?

Honestly, I’ve been having BH since 36 weeks, upset tummy, cramps, lower back ache, plug coming away, literally every sign of labour going. I’m now 39+2 and still nothing. It’s progressed to contractions every night which then tail off rather than get stronger. I’m sitting here with a rock hard bump, strong period type pain coming and going and I don’t feel like this baby is ever coming out.
