DS now 3 wks old today, and DH and I keen to get started again (he's being wonderful about walking DS about at night, changing nappies etc so all I have to do is feed and am not too knackered).
Had 2nd degree tear when pushed him out, but was told it was internal and too small to need stitches.
Feel almost normal again, and we're due on holiday next week - villa with rest of family, so childcare on tap and thus some privacy
So would we be safe to try, or should I wait for 6 wk check-up/doctor go-ahead? Can we cause more damage if not fully healed?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
