39+2 d&v is this pre labour or just a bug?!

Hello, I was in hosp for obs due to reduced movements (everything fine now ) on Saturday night , and the machine doo dah was showing regular 'tightenings' quite close together, which I could feel but weren't very painful so put down to Braxton hicks. I seem to get them in the evenings along with occasional period type cramps.
I threw up yesterday and twice today, as well as having the shits (sorry TMI) also an increase in discharge last night.

Does anyone have any similar experiences that turned out to be the onset of labour? This is my third but didn't have many signs with the last two.

Scrap that I'm sure it's a virus, have had an agonising headache and feel totally wiped out too.
