Compression pants after c section

Can anyone recommend a good pair of compression pants or belt to help with the pain after a section? My belly hanging over the scar is causing me lots of pain, but if I stretch it up, the pain virtually disappears, but I can't walk around with my hands in my pants all day Blush

I've managed with just big high pants, although this might not give you exactly the support you want?

There are loads online with reviews if helpful x

Thanks, I have big pants, it's the fold of flab that's causing the issue, could do with that being lifted and supported to offer some relief.

Had a look online but quite a lot of mixed reviews!

Have you considered something like a belly bandit? I considered it after my c section as I found the overhang a bit uncomfortable but it really improved after a few weeks so I didn't bother in the end!

Primark do a pack of 3 (on a hanger) for a fiver stretchy full briefs. Black /beige. Marvellous!

I found the really rigid type far too uncomfortable to wear (I had the Leonisa postpartum belly wrap panties). Some high waisted control pants might be more comfortable and do the trick. As above mentioned, primark are good for those!

I was thinking about the high waisted spanx but wasn't sure if they would be tooooo supportive! Off to Primark I go..

If you wear Spanx and have any sort of muscle separation quite frankly you will be very very uncomfortable /in unbearable pain.
Ime.
