Hi, am thinking of sharing my induction and birth story. Is this the best place for itand is anyone interested?
I’m 39+6 and have arrived at the hospital for induction which was booked at 11. Just sat around waiting to see someone at the moment and hoping I don’t get turned away as they are too busy (this happened with DC2 but at a different hospital).
I’m being induced now as I have gestational diabetes. Anyway my last two inductions lasted about 2 days and it was boring so hoping writing about this might in the least pass some time for me!

20 weeks with the next now and really hoping for a natural home birth this time

Good luck..

I’ve had a pessary in since about 2pm. Had some major lower back aches but nothing too major. Hoping this means it’s doinf something though as when examined the cervix was closed and tight so could be here a while!

Sounds like it may take a while! It's a slow process but it's worth it :)
Do you know what your having?
