Embarrassing question- periods post birth

My son is 10 weeks old and I’ve just started my first period post birth. I’ve used a mooncup for the past three years which I’ve loved but I tried to put it in today and (this is so embarrassing!) it sort of fell down/wouldn’t stay put. I got the bigger size anyway when I bought it. Anyone had a similar experience-will things ‘tighten up’ a bit more in the coming weeks? Things feel a bit different down there to how they did before.

Yes it’s early days, things will still be going back to normal, do lots and lots of pelvic floor excercises! Go to gp if things don’t improve.
