Burning/stinging at side of c section cut

3 weeks 2 days in and been more active. Yet tonight it's very very sore! Is it just a sign I've overdone it? Or just the healing process? Anyone else had this?

Probably a bit of overdoing it and a bit of it just healing! Mine still feels a bit funny now and then and I'm 12 weeks on. I definitely knew about it when I'd done too much so it's clearly a sign you need to sit down and let DH bring you some cake
