Due date mine v scan dates

I'm just curious about my dates if anyone can shed any light on my actual due date.
So we were actively trying to get pregnant and I was keeping record of positive fertility tests and when we had sex and last period. My dates of all this would make me a week earlier on my due date than what the sonographer said at my scan my using last day of period of what they measured.
I guess I'm just praying she comes following my dates because I just want her here now!!Smile

I've had a similar discussion with my hospital. They've put me forward in my dates- and I know I'm accurate as this is an ivf baby! Meh. Change in dates won't make baby come sooner. I expect I'm comfortable with it as I would in theory be induced etc sooner.

No help as I'm expecting my first in a few weeks but I'm going to be very interested to see when she comes, if I go into labour naturally. By my dates she is due on the 16th of Nov, and she matched my dates perfectly at the handful of early scans I had (due to bleeding). Then at the 12 week scan she'd had a huge growth spurt and dates were moved forward 4 days, so my official EDD is Nov 12th. We'll find out in a month!

Watching with interest as my dates were brought forward a week at my scan but I'm pretty certain from tracking OPKs and when we DTD that my own dates are more accurate. My concern is now i'm more likely to be induced as by their reckoning I'll already be a week 'overdue' on what I think is my due date.

My last DD they moved my dates by 10 days! They thought she was overdue, but I knew she was exactly right. Every scan after my 12 week scan I was told she was too small...had tonnes of extra growth scans. She was 10 days too small because the dates were 10 days out!

So did she arrive 'early'/on time before you had to be induced scary?

I was put a week ahead on my scan date, but as the pregnancy was due to a happy accident I knew the earliest date for conception, my DD arrived on what my calculations were for due date and from the due date my early scan gave.

Bubbins they brought me in for induction the day of MY due date, and did a sweep and a gel then left me- after a long walk labour started and I didn't need drip etc I had a lovely, quick and easy birth!

I would have refused induction had I not felt 'ready' and gone for monitoring instead.
