Natal Hypnotherapy?

I'm 35+5 and have had hypnotherapy classes run by my local midwifery team. I found them really helpful but the CD only has a few tracks and 30 minutes of music on it. I've been hunting around for any hypnobirthing CDs/MP3's I get along with as a supplement to my current CD (a lot of voices really put me off) and have finally found one that works for me, which is the Natal one.

However I'm not sure whether to buy a set or just go for the pre-labour MP3's? Are the sets worth it?

I used the pre-labour one a lot and the labour one during labour itself, although the pre-labour one would have sufficed probably.

I didn't have any of the post-labour CDs but never felt like I would have used them. I wouldn't have wanted to sit there with my headphones on and wouldn't have got much out of it being on in the background with a baby and toddler running around and DH talking to me.
